Hello I’m Lena Bryant one of the newest WINterns here at Women in Networking and I’m so excited to be apart of this internship and mentorship! After learning about WIN and all the work that they do, I knew it was an organization that I wanted to be a part of. Over the next couple of months, I look forward to everything that I will learn during this time and excited to see how I will transform. I am so grateful for this opportunity, and I think that I will thrive in this environment while learning so much from everyone.
Let’s Get to Know Lena!
To give a little information about myself, I’m going into my senior year at Austin Peay State University in the fall and am getting my bachelor's degree in communications with a concentration in Public Relations. I’ve had the opportunity to study abroad twice going to London and Poland. It has opened my horizons and helped me become a better version of myself both academically and personally. With me being a first-generation college student my college experience has been filled with a lot of firsts, making each experience unique and fulfilling. I was born and raised in Nashville Tennessee, which these days I’m considered a unicorn!
My Favorite Hobbies!
I’m a huge fan of coffee and my love for it has transformed it into a hobby. I love to make coffee at home and try it from various places. Making drinks for others has also become a new joy of mine and one of my favorites drinks to make is a caramel macchiato. Some other hobbies include hanging out with friends and watching movies, specifically in theaters.
