Our Story
Women Into Networking (WIN) was founded with a clear and purposeful vision to create intentional spaces where women can connect collaborate and grow both personally and professionally. The organization began with humble beginnings on the Clubhouse audio app where small but meaningful conversations brought women together around shared experiences business goals and personal development.
As these conversations grew in attendance and impact it became clear that women were seeking more than casual networking. They were seeking consistency safety and community. In response WIN expanded beyond open audio rooms to create a private access Facebook group that allowed members to continue conversations build deeper relationships and support one another outside of live sessions.
At the same time WIN maintained an active and intentional presence on Clubhouse through ongoing moderated rooms ensuring that conversations remained aligned with the organization’s mission values and standards. These curated spaces helped foster trust inclusivity and continuity while allowing women from around the world to connect in real time.
As the community continued to grow WIN evolved into a structured nonprofit organization offering membership opportunities programs workshops and networking events designed to create lasting impact. Leadership pathways were established through board service program facilitation and community roles allowing members to actively contribute to the organization’s growth and sustainability.
Today Women Into Networking (WIN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering women through connection education advocacy and opportunity. What began as a few intentional conversations on Clubhouse has grown into a thriving community grounded in purpose collaboration and collective growth while remaining dedicated to maintaining safe consistent and supportive spaces for women.
