No, WIN Leadership is Volunteer only!! This is a strategic approach to assist strong Leaders who are already active in their local community to bring WIN Events to their Market; while getting support from WIN to promote and host quality events in your local city to enhance your exposure for you and your Business.

Meetings for WIN Leaders/Ambassadors/Executive/Staff are absolutely Mandatory. If you cannot make a meeting, you must let a WIN Executive/Admin know at least 24 hours in advance, if possible.
