Welcome to the WINternship Program

Are you a student eager to gain hands-on experience, learn about business, networking, and skills development from seasoned mentors? Look no further than the WINternship Program!

Our WINtorship Program is designed to bridge the gap between generations of women who need support learning and growing using Networking & Collaborations in Business. Each quarter, we welcome new candidates to our WINternship program, inviting them to work closely with our WIN Mentors for a 4-5 month period. During this time, WINterns participate in weekly meetings and assignments tailored to their education, career, and business goals.

By joining the WINternship Program, you'll walk away with a digital portfolio, letter of recommendation, hands-on experience, and skills that will enhance your career prospects and set you apart in the job market.
