We’re Officially Hosting Licensed TEDx Stages This Year

We’re proud to announce that Women Into Networking (WIN) is now approved for a TEDx license. This milestone is made possible through community and corporate sponsorship, which directly supports the TEDx licensing, production, and execution of these stages.

This is more than an event announcement. It’s an invitation to help fund and fuel ideas worth spreading.

TEDxWIN was created to elevate powerful voices within our WIN ecosystem and beyond. Our stages are built for thought leaders, founders, researchers, creatives, and impact-driven professionals who are ready to share an idea that can shift conversations and spark transformation. We are hosting four themed licensed events this year, each curated around legacy, leadership, identity, and generational impact.

The TEDxWIN stage is exclusively available to WIN Corporate Sponsor Members. Speakers must secure their Corporate Sponsor Membership in order to be considered for the TEDxWIN stage. And here is where timing matters.

Open Enrollment for WIN Membership reopens in April.

However, we are offering a limited Early Access Pass for individuals who are ready to:

• Secure Corporate Sponsor Membership now
• Position themselves for TEDxWIN stage consideration
• Lock in priority access before public enrollment opens

Early Access ensures you are inside the ecosystem before we finalize speaker selections. Once Open Enrollment begins, availability will be limited and selection will be competitive.

Your Corporate Sponsor Membership donation directly funds:

• Official TEDx licensing fees
• Stage production and venue costs
• Speaker coaching and preparation
• Media recording and distribution
• Event staffing and execution

You are not paying for a title. You are investing in a licensed platform designed to amplify ideas responsibly and professionally.

As a Corporate Sponsor Member with Early Access, you will:

• Be eligible to apply for the TEDxWIN stage
• Receive speaker development guidance

Please note: Securing Corporate Sponsor Membership does not automatically guarantee a TEDx talk. All speakers must go through the official TEDxWIN curation and approval process in accordance with TEDx guidelines.

Presenting Legacy Sponsor ($25,000+)

Presenting Legacy Sponsors receive the highest level of visibility, including premier logo placement on the main stage, across event media, and on the TEDxWIN website. They are recognized on stage with a 3 to 5 minute speaking opportunity, receive an included vendor booth, and are featured in four dedicated social media highlights. Press mentions are included, along with ten VIP tickets per event. This tier also includes named scholarship recognition and full sponsorship coverage across all four annual TEDxWIN events.

Become a Presenting Legacy Sponsor

Empowerment Sponsor ($10,000)

Empowerment Sponsors receive prominent logo placement on select event materials and the TEDxWIN website. They are acknowledged on stage with a 60-second recognition, receive an included vendor booth, and are highlighted in two social media features. Press mentions are included, along with five VIP tickets per event. This sponsorship covers all four annual TEDxWIN events.

Community Sponsor ($5,000)

Community Sponsors are recognized with logo placement on the sponsor page only and receive a group thank-you acknowledgment from the stage. They have the option to add a vendor booth, receive one social media shoutout, and are provided with two VIP tickets per event. This sponsorship tier also applies to all four annual TEDxWIN events.
