Women Into Networking WIN is a Business networking community specifically designed to empower women in business by fostering connections, collaboration, and professional growth. Our Story

We started on Clubhouse audio in 2022 as a group of Women looking to network and support each other in an authentic way. Soon after, we gathered for our first in person event, birthed out of a need to connect in person. The connections were amazing and have remained a cornerstone of our community connections in local WIN cities.

As a growing community over time, we, found Women worldwide who needed support in Business which also impact their Work and Life! Through networking, we find resources that can support our growth in all of these areas. Therefore, we created the Women Into Networking WIN nonprofit Community as an entity to support Women and allow Men who want to do the same.

Women Into Networking WIN is a membership-based networking community targeting women professionals from various industries and career levels. We understand the importance of building strong connections and believe that women can benefit greatly from a dedicated platform that addresses their unique needs and challenges.

Our vision is to create a global community that empowers and supports women in business by providing them with a platform to connect, learn, and grow. Our mission is to foster an inclusive environment where women can build meaningful relationships, share experiences, access resources, and develop professionally.

Through our Networking Events & Activities, Membership Programs, & Online Platforms, we offer a plethora of in-person and virtual opportunities for Women to have safe space to learn, educate, and grow!

All donations to our WIN Mission allow us to continue hosting incredible events & activities for our local WIN members and Members worldwide as well as provide viable resources for those who need them to foster their Business growth & Networking.
