Women into Networking (WIN) is proud to announce an exciting milestone in our organization’s growth—our first-ever university partnerships. As a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through connection, education, and opportunity, this step marks a powerful expansion of our mission and impact.

We are thrilled to officially welcome Montclair State University and Emory University as the first universities to join the WIN community.

Why This Matters

Women often face unique challenges when navigating professional spaces. By partnering with universities, WIN is intentionally supporting women earlier in their career paths—providing them with the tools, connections, and confidence needed to thrive beyond the classroom.

These collaborations also allow WIN to amplify its mission on a broader scale, fostering inclusive environments where women are encouraged to lead, innovate, and build meaningful networks.

A Shared Vision for the Future

Both Montclair State University and Emory University share WIN’s commitment to empowerment, equity, and community-building. Together, we are creating pathways for students to connect with professionals, explore leadership opportunities, and engage in impactful initiatives that extend far beyond campus walls.

Looking Ahead

As WIN continues to grow, we remain committed to forming partnerships that align with our values and strengthen our ability to serve women nationwide. We are honored to collaborate with Montclair State University and Emory University and look forward to the meaningful impact we will create together.

Please join us in welcoming our newest partners to the WIN community!
