Refer HER to WIN Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 8/8/25

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Refer HER to WIN Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an Affiliate, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Program Overview

The Refer HER to WIN Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates (“Affiliates”) to earn commission for referring new members, event attendees, or merchandise purchasers to Women Into Networking (WIN) through a unique affiliate tracking link.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must be a current WIN member or supporter in good standing.

  • WIN reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our discretion.

  • ​

3. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 10% commission on eligible purchases made through their unique referral link.

  • Eligible purchases include WIN memberships, paid events, and WIN merchandise purchased directly through our approved platforms.

  • Commissions are calculated on the sale amount before taxes and shipping.

  • ​

4. Payout Terms

  • Commissions are tracked through the affiliate portal.

  • Payouts are made monthly via [insert payment method: PayPal, direct deposit, etc.].

  • Minimum payout threshold: $25. Commissions below this threshold will roll over to the next month.

  • Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.

5. Referral Guidelines

  • Affiliates may share their referral link via email, social media, websites, or personal outreach.

  • Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized paid advertising that misrepresents WIN.

  • Affiliates may not offer additional incentives or discounts without WIN’s prior written approval.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use your own affiliate link to make personal purchases (self-referrals are not eligible for commission).

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.

  • Misrepresent WIN, its services, or your affiliation with WIN.

7. Intellectual Property

WIN grants Affiliates a non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved branding materials for the sole purpose of promoting WIN under this Program. All WIN trademarks, logos, and materials remain the property of WIN.

8. Termination

WIN reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time for violation of these Terms or any behavior deemed harmful to the WIN brand. Any unpaid commissions earned prior to termination will be reviewed and paid at WIN’s discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

WIN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commission paid to you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to the Program

WIN may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Payment Methods We Accept

  • PayPal (Primary method) – Payments sent directly to the email address linked to your affiliate account.

  • Direct Deposit / ACH Transfer – Available for U.S.-based affiliates with a valid bank account.

  • Paper Check – Available upon request; please allow additional time for delivery.
