WINternship In-Person Program

​​Our in-person internship program offers college students a meaningful opportunity to contribute directly to the mission of empowering women. As an intern, you'll work alongside passionate professionals in a supportive, hands-on environment where your ideas and efforts make a real difference.

Interns engage in a wide range of activities, including event planning, community outreach, program coordination, research, and administrative support. You'll have the chance to attend meetings, assist with workshops, support fundraising efforts, and interact with the women and families we serve.

This immersive experience is ideal for students interested in nonprofit work, social justice, women’s studies, public policy, or community development. Beyond building practical skills, interns gain mentorship, professional development, and a deeper understanding of the challenges and solutions surrounding women’s empowerment.
