Our program is designed to bridge the gap between generations of women who need support in learning and growing through networking and collaboration in business. Each semester, we welcome new candidates to our WINternship program, inviting them to work closely with our WIN Mentors for a period of 4-5 months. During this time, WINterns participate in weekly meetings and assignments tailored to their education, career, and business goals.
