The WIN Civic Pledge is a public commitment to support, collaborate with, and invest in women-owned businesses. Created by Women Into Networking (WIN), this pledge invites businesses, organizations, and individuals to move beyond simply saying they support women entrepreneurs and instead demonstrate that support through intentional action.
Women-owned businesses contribute billions to the economy, create jobs, and strengthen communities. Yet many still face barriers when it comes to funding, visibility, partnerships, and access to opportunities. The Civic Pledge exists to help change that by encouraging businesses and community leaders to actively participate in building a stronger ecosystem for women entrepreneurs.
A Commitment That Also Lives Inside WIN Membership
The Civic Pledge is also a core part of the Women Into Networking membership experience.
When individuals and businesses join the WIN community, they are not just signing up for networking opportunities. They are becoming part of a movement that actively supports women entrepreneurs through collaboration, visibility, and shared opportunity.

What the Civic Pledge Means
By taking this pledge, you are committing to:

• Purchase from and promote women-led brands when possible
• Provide opportunities for women entrepreneurs to access markets and visibility
• Encourage leadership, mentorship, and business development for women
• Help strengthen local economies by supporting women entrepreneurs in your community
The pledge is not about perfection. It is about intentional participation and leadership in creating economic opportunities for women.
Why This Matters
Women entrepreneurs are building powerful businesses across every industry. However, many still lack equal access to capital, networks, and opportunities. When businesses, consumers, and organizations intentionally support women-owned businesses, it creates a ripple effect that strengthens families, communities, and future generations.
The Civic Pledge is a simple but powerful way to say: “We believe women-owned businesses deserve support, opportunity, and investment.”
Show Your Support
After taking the pledge, businesses and individuals may receive a “We Support Women-Owned Businesses” WIN window decal or digital badge to proudly display in their storefront, office, website, or social media. This symbol shows your customers, clients, and community that you actively support women entrepreneurs.

Women Into Networking (WIN) Basic Membership Policy $9 per month The WIN Basic Membership is the entry-level membership designed for individuals who want to stay connected to the Women Into Networking community and grow through participation, learning, and collaboration. The purpose of this membership is to create an accessible doorway into the WIN ecosystem while maintaining a culture of investment, accountability, and engagement within the community. ⸻ 1. Membership Fee The Basic WIN Membership is $9 per month and is billed monthly. Membership remains active as long as the monthly fee is paid. Members may cancel at any time. If membership lapses due to non-payment, access to membership benefits may be paused until the account is brought current. ⸻ 2. Purpose of Basic Membership Basic Membership is designed to provide a foundation for community participation. It allows members to stay informed, build connections, and explore opportunities within the WIN network. This level serves as a gateway into the organization, allowing members to engage before deciding whether to upgrade into higher levels of membership. ⸻ 3. Basic Member Benefits Basic WIN Members receive access to: • The WIN member community and network • Invitations to select WIN networking events and community gatherings • Access to WIN newsletters and updates • Opportunities to participate in community discussions • Access to limited educational resources and announcements • Opportunities to upgrade into Elite, VIP, or Corporate membership tiers Event tickets, workshops, masterminds, retreats, and specialty programs may require additional registration or fees. ⸻ 4. Participation Expectations WIN Basic Members are encouraged to: • Engage respectfully with the community • Support fellow women entrepreneurs and professionals • Participate in events, conversations, and initiatives when possible • Represent the values of collaboration, integrity, and empowerment WIN is a community-driven organization, and members who actively participate will experience the greatest value. ⸻ 5. Membership Conduct Members are expected to maintain professionalism and respect within the WIN community. Women Into Networking reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if behavior violates community standards or harms the integrity of the organization. ⸻ 6. Upgrading Membership Basic Members may upgrade at any time to Elite, VIP, or Corporate Membership levels to access expanded benefits, leadership opportunities, speaking placements, and advanced programming. ⸻ 7. Community Philosophy The WIN Basic Membership is intentionally priced to create commitment through investment. While it is affordable, it reflects the belief that community, time, and access to opportunity carry value. WIN is built on the principle that when women show up for each other, everyone rises.
We offer WIN groups where members can seek advice and support from each other and gain insight into our WIN Projects & Programs. These groups provide a platform for in-depth discussions and personalized guidance.
Community Service Projects
Participate in projects and initiatives that give back to the community. From volunteering at local shelters to organizing fundraising events, WIN members are committed to making a difference.
Business Showcase Events
We pride our efforts in opportunities for members to showcase their products and services to the WIN community and beyond. These events help increase visibility and attract new customers.
Our Members have access to a range of online training sessions and workshops that you can attend from the comfort of your home. Topics include business development, personal branding, and wellness.
